We can't make any promises!

Tickets sometimes sell out, and we are expecting to sell out across the weekend this year. If tickets don't sell out, there may be some tickets available at the gate. However, we wouldn't risk it if we were you!

We highly recommend purchasing online in advance – plus, it will save you money!

Ticket prices are increased in price by $7.50 at the gate as opposed to online tickets, with gate prices as follows:

Yes, as a local resident of Moreton Bay Region, you can purchase a Friday General Admission ticket for $15 + booking fee!

This saves you $12.50!
*Please note, there are no discounts for youth or concessions.

To purchase this ticket, you must visit the Ticket Box Office at 433 Elizabeth Avenue during office hours.

You will need to show proof of your residential address in the Moreton Bay Region.

Do I have to purchase a GA ticket if I've purchased a Dining Experience or Indulgent Extra?

Yes, all persons entering the festival need a GA ticket.

Dining Experiences and Indulgent Extras are add-on tickets, additional to your GA ticket which is required for entry.

Can I leave and come back in again?

Yes, there will be passouts.

Is this an all ages event?

Yes, it is! Everyone is welcome at the festival.

However, due to the nature of the event, minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. (We’d recommend it as the perfect excuse to hire a babysitter!)

How can I gain access to the Bungalow VIP experience?

The luxe private Bungalows invite you and up to 15 friends to kick back and relax for a five-hour session, where you'll enjoy access to your own private space decked out with lounges, tables, and chairs.

Bungalows are limited. To reserve one, please contact: shane.newcombe@mbrit.com.au.

Are dogs/ pets permitted at the event?

Unfortunately, no! We love our four-legged children, however, this event is not suitable for them and they will have to stay home.

Registered service dogs will be allowed entry.

How is seating allocated for Dining Experiences?

Seating is allocated on arrival for all Pavilion & Lodge events.
Please arrive together with your party to be seated together.

I am a carer, do I have to pay entry?

We’re proud to be affiliated with the Companion Card program and have limited Companion tickets available for holders of a companion card, who require assistance from a companion or carer, to attend Moreton Bay Food + Wine Festival.

IMPORTANT – Please don’t purchase your tickets online. To secure your matching carer ticket, please contact tickets@moretonbayfoodwine.com.au directly or visit the Ticket Box Office at Business Moreton Bay Region Centre at 433 Elizabeth Avenue during office hours. You will need to present proof of a ticket purchased and show your Companion Card.

You will be issued a complimentary ticket for your carer. Carer tickets do not include a hospitality package for any VIP experience. When you attend the event, you will be asked to present your Companion Card and Photo ID on the gate on arrival.

I haven’t received my ticket after purchasing online, what can I do?

Tickets are emailed via Oztix immediately after purchase.

If you have not received your ticket, be sure to check your junk folder!

If you cannot access your ticket, please contact ticketing@mbrit.com.au and our team will arrange a re-issue.

Can I purchase a full weekend or multi-day pass?

No, you can only purchase a day pass. You are welcome to purchase multiple day passes if you wish to attend across multiple days.

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Sorry, no refunds, unless there are very special circumstances (and these are at the absolute discretion of our Festival Director).

Please note, as part of the ticketing terms of purchase, no refunds are issued.

You can, however, pass your ticket on to a friend or family member. If you choose to do this, you MUST change the name on the ticket to the person who will be using it.

To do this, please contact tickets@moretonbayfoodwine.com.au. Name change requests will be accepted until the 5th of August.

Can I change the name on my ticket / transfer it to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer the name on the ticket to someone else until 2nd August. After this date, no transfers will be accepted.

Please contact tickets@moretonbayfoodwine.com.au to request the name transfer.

Ticket holders must show their ticket and valid photo identification at the event entrance. The name on the ticket must match the photo identification.

How do I use my E-ticket to gain entry to the event?

On the day of the event, simply take your e-ticket/s with you as you would for any event ticket (either on your mobile device or printed)

Please present your GA ticket at the entry gate.
If you have purchased an add-on experience such as a Dining Experience or Indulgent Extra, you will be asked to scan your Experience ticket at the entrance to the relevant zone (The Pavilion or The Lodge).

Identification must be carried by all ticket holders with their name matching the name on the ticket.

If you are a pension cardholder, child or youth ticket, you will be asked to provide appropriate ID. Do not give copies of your e-ticket to others. Entry will be denied if a duplicate ticket is presented for scanning at entry.

I bought a ticket from someone else / online, can I use it?

No, we suggest you contact the reseller and ask for a refund. We cannot guarantee that the ticket you have is the only copy of the ticket out there.

If a ticket is purchased from a third party and does not scan at the gate, or match your name if you are asked to present ID, we cannot admit you and we cannot help you.

I don’t have a credit card, and can’t purchase online, what can I do?

Please visit the Ticket Box at the Business Moreton Bay Centre at 433 Elizabeth Avenue during office hours (Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm; Friday, 9am – 3pm) or send us an email to: tickets@moretonbayfoodwine.com.au and we'll organise to take your details over the phone.
