Accessibility At The Festival
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Limited accessible parking will be available for permit holders near Gate A (accessible via the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Hornibrook Esplanade, Woody Point). Please show traffic controllers your permit upon entry. There will also be a designated drop off zone here for those not looking at parking for the event.
Additional parking once this area is full is available at Pelican Park where our wheelchair & pram friendly free shuttle service will be operating.
WHEELCHAIR-FRIENDLY SHUTTLE SERVICE
We have arranged for a FREE event shuttle bus service. All shuttle buses are wheelchair and pram friendly and run on a continuous loop between the Festival site and the offsite carpark located at Pelican Park
EVENT SITE ACCESS
The entire site is wheelchair accessible, with flat surfaces (grass / concrete) and no steep inclines.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
There will be wheelchair accessible toilets available at the festival.
On top of all this, we've also made sure we're accommodating for patrons with various needs.
GUIDE & SERVICE DOGS
This event is a pet-free space, however guided & service dogs are more than welcome at the festival.
PARENT ROOMS
Parent rooms with change tables, a microwave and private feeding area will be available for parents to use – located next to the Information Tent.
