Positioned overlooking the picturesque Moreton Bay, the Seafood & Wine Deck will be the place to be over the festival weekend for any seafood or wine lover.
On this deck, you’ll have the USC Seafood Cooking Stage, live music, seafood vendors and a Wine Bar.
If you’ve worked up an appetite, don’t worry, you won’t stay hungry for long.

The Wine Bar will be home for the weekend to a concise list of some of Australia’s top wine producers, complimented by a small selection from New Zealand and France.
Enjoy a range of styles and varieties from both iconic and boutique producers, including Yering Station, Pizzini, Teusner, Howard Vineyard, Wairau River and Champagne Laurent-Perrier.
Don’t miss Paul West and his signature good-humour style alongside local chefs, as they host cooking demonstrations at the USC Seafood Cooking Stage, sharing their special recipes inspired by Moreton Bay.
